When our a/c stopped working on an extremely hot/humid day, I called Chris's HVACR and left a message, hoping to hear back by the next day. I didn't have to wait long for a call back and thankfully they were able to come out within a few hours (as opposed to the more than week-long wait from others). The problem was quickly determined and fixed on the spot. Very courteous and arrived right when expected! Thank you!
