She's pretty much right about all of it.  The trash was on the ground.  The driver said some trash did come out.  We told her the trash didn't need to be secured. It wouldn't have happen if the bungee cords are on there.  The bungee cord over a lid hinders the can from being...

dumped properly. She cancelled her service.  We picked the cart that even had trash in it.  We can't do our job if the consumer doesn't comply.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I accept his response even though he collected my trash bin on my trash pick up day because he was upset I complained and made a “stink” to the Revdex.com. Still not happy but tired of wasting my time and energy on this pathetic issue.

When she did talk to the customer service rep, she was told she owed $14 for the pickups before she moves. She was supposed to pay it on 8/4 and she didn't.  She was on autopay.  She did call in and cancel. Her credit card did get ran and we don't control the autopay.  We don't...

control it the third party in Maine handles it.  We contacted the third party and they resolved it. Her trash was missed and we came back and got it.  She got her full refund.  It would be 5-7 business days for the refund.

up her trash and we told her it would be another $10 to do a special pick-up her and her husband debated on it and decided to pay the extra fee so I told the customer we would pick her up as soon as possible she assumed we would pick it up the next day although we picked it up within 48 hrs of our conversation so she called and got upset and told us to cancel her service and give her a refund even though her bill was a month and a half behind we told her our company policy is we do not issue refunds back to customers. Then the next day her mom calls and wants to start cussing and yelling because we didn't pick up her daughters trash

The statement about being told he would pick up as soon as possible is a flat out lie. He stated that it would be the next day. That is the only reason we agreed to pay the extra $10. The bill was not a month and a half late, it was half a month late. We paid the late fee for that half of a month and for the 3 months of service. Understandable to have to pay a late fee, we were late, just not as as late as he's stating. Also, I had no idea my mother called as I hadn't asked her to do such a thing and I will address that with her. However, we do not have his services and I still want the 2 and a half months of unused services paid back to us. After filing the original complaint we were given a "new" can (because the first time they ever picked it up they broke the lid) and there were cockroaches in it. I left it by the road and called him again to come pick up his can. They finally did, but then proceeded to dump what very little trash was lingering in the bottom into our new companies can. Really....this whole situation is ridiculous. We simply want our money back for the unused services.

The customer account was suspended do to non payment, and was charged a late fee this is not the first time they paid late. The customer pay their bill after their new service date we told them if we come back out we would charge $10 for a special pickup which they agreed to and we told them we would get the trash within the next 48 hours the trash wasn't picked up the following day but was picked up the day after there are no guidelines for our company on when we pick up their trash for a special pickup, if the account was paid in the first place the customer wouldn't have had this problem. Also the customer had their mom call also the next day and was very rude using foul language and we told her also if the bill was paid on time her daughter wouldn't have this problem. Customers in this business think the trash companies should take their trash without getting paid and then when we don't take their trash they go calling on the Revdex.com we provide a service we pay employees and we also expect to get paid by the customer when we do the service if these customers go to work for someone else they expect to get paid from your boss we expect the same thing

As I stated before I understands the late fee, as we were late in paying. That was the second time in over a year that we were late. The previous response from the company said that they told us they would pick up the trash for an extra fee "as soon as they could", but this response says we were told 48 hours. We were told neither of those. We were told he wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. I had said that would be alright and agreed to pay the extra $10 fee. No one showed the next day and after calling the company and complaining about it, they showed up the following day. As for the call from my Mother again, stated before, I had no idea she called the company and she had no right to do so. She has nothing to do with our account. It is not her losing 2 and a half moths of service. We only want the two and a half months of unused services paid back to us. We are not asking for anything back that we used or had service for. As a paying customer I do expect to receive the services paid for, just as the company expects to be paid, but I also expect to be able to trust the company on what they tell us. Yes we reported our disatisfaction with the company to the Revdex.com. We have the right to do so considering we are extremely unhappy and taken back by services....We didn't "go calling the Revdex.com because the company wasn't paid and didn't pick up the trash. It's quite the opposite, they were paid, lied to us, and then tried to tell us we couldn't cancel our service through them. We only want our unused money repaid.

On 2/20/17 is when the customers trash is suppose to be picked up even though it was a holiday it did not effect our routes and the customer did not have his trash out at 6:07 AM this isn't the first time his trash wasn't out since moving into...

this new location, and his neighbors trash two doors down from his got pick up while his trash can was beside his house. Then he talks about his auto pay in January not being taking out but his bill was due in December and it was paid for the 3 months. We don't want any money from the customer if he is dissatisfied we'll pick up the trash cart on 2/24/17 and well call it even.

Customer was informed they would get 6 months for the price of 3 paid months but once we found out they were a previous customer they were not allow to take advantage of the promotion we had. Not only that when I ask her if they had the service before she told me no and then proceeded to ask her...

They also had a previous balance that they didn't pay us and our customer service rep call her husband twice once to tell him the day of service and received his voice mail, second call was to inform him about his previous balance we were going to charge to his credit card also, they waited over a week to call us back on that and insisted they never had service nor did they owe us a previous balance. Wife was very difficult to talk to. Customer wanted to cancel service and get a refund we do not issue any refunds as we told her and we said we would continue picking up the trash for the next 3 months she paid up till the end of April 2018. There previous address was on [redacted] and they also received the 3 months free there to.

it up later, well when we went back out to pick cart up it was full again and over flowing full of trash so we did set aside the window and few other things customer has stated, I told customer it was a safety issue to haul that extra items that were stuff in the cart with over flowing trash coming out so we set it aside another cart that was at the same house. I also told the customer I wouldn't be able to come back out and they would have to get rid of it themselves as they had other large items they had hauled off by some other company. Then they got upset and said they would report us to the Revdex.com and make a bad review on Yelp. They also have been a customer for over a year and like everyone else we service we give the best service possible and this customer has been with us for over a year, with no problems.

After talking to the customer three different times about setting her trash out the night before which is our company policy so we can service each customer efficiency, she would always bring up that the homeless people she was worried about...

but her neighbor made sure there can was in the right spot and never had any problems. She did pay for 3 months of service and she receive 3 months of service even if she didn't put the can where we needed it most of the time it was about 20 feet from the curb. She told me on the last phone call to cancel the service and it was on 6/21/16 she told me to come and get my cart which she would of had only one more pick up left before her bill was up, we will not issue any refund.

The customer's bill was due Sept. 1. They were already a month behind so we took the cart.  Their bill's late almost every time. They never called us to make the payment. We called them twice to let them make the payment, they never responded to the past due postcard, two bills or two calls...

when their account was past due. I have a customer service rep that's here Monday - Friday 8-5pm who's here and ready to take calls. They never called. Also, the complainant is not the account holder on file. We did send this account to collections and reported it to the three credit bureaus.

decided not to get anyone to pick up her trash and then the city of springfield got involved because she had trash building up next to there house and the neighbors were tired seeing this pile of trash building up and a health hazard to the neighborhood and children also. So on 2/23/17 she calls us up and signs back up and pays the previous bill and then she wanted us to haul trash and I told her over the phone it would be 40.00 then there was more then that so I said it would be 20.00 more which came out to be $2.00 per bag and then she made a big stink about it and there wasn't anything nice she said on the phone, she was threating us I pretty much I told her we would just cancel your service. If she would of paid her bill in the first place she wouldn't have been in this situation or after we canceled her service she should of gotten another service and she still wouldn't be in this situation. But people like this can complain to the Revdex.com and its ok.

these emails prove that Queen City disposal was fine with just taking $40 extra for the extra trash. To this day I still haven't put out the full 30 bags of trash. Why would I pay extra when they haven't even picked up the $40 worth? And I would like to know how I was threatening lol now I want a full refund

well I want to customers to call in with respect and not be rude to us so if your rude to us then guess what you'll get the same back. there is no refund. Like I said if you take responsibility of paying your bill on time then you will get the service you pay for. Don't expect to take advantage of the trash haulers who actually do there job.
