As a follow up from my neutral review, the owner of the company ([redacted]) came to the house and met with me to apologize for the experience we had and wanted to understand what went wrong and how to make things right. He also identified some slight imperfections (which we did not see) and is scheduling someone to correct - free of charge. In my opinion, this was highly unusual and extremely welcome - the owner taking time out to meet me, apologize and listen to my suggestions. I really respect a company that doesn't just ignore you when you have issues. Based on this follow up, I would change my view on them and would use them again.

[redacted] and company provides quality service and GREAT products for home remodeling. I would recommend this company for any home remodeling thay you may need to do. We are actually thinking about building a new home on a lot that we own in Fountain Hills,and [redacted] would be the first person we call. The high end products and quality service the company provides is second to none!

We recently used Chris Mellon and Company ([redacted]) for a kitchen remodel. Customer service is fantastic. They are professional, competitively priced, efficient and clearly know what they are doing. The entire team working at our house was professional and completed the job to perfection. We are very happy with the entire experience and the end result.
