BMW tune
Hit this jackass up on Instagram to get a tune for FBO BMW 328i. Said he can remove cat monitors. I have proof from our DMs. Get the tune and few days later got Cat codes. Came back the next week and he says he can install defoulers, which us complete bul***t. This guy charging $900.00 to adjust AFR which anyone with a laptop can do. I'm not even mad about the money I'm just sad to see all the other negative reviews.

BEWARE! Do not do business with Chris Miller, I was sent to him to tune my car. He completely screwed up my car, for months the car has ran terribly and has cylinder misfires. I allowed him to re-tune it three times to fix what he's done with no success. And even after he told me I needed a new fuel pump module and upgraded fuel injectors spending more money. After now dealing with a new tuner, I'm aware it was what Chris Miller did to the car.
When I contacted Chris Miller about my car, requesting a refund, which I preferred since he had three separate times to solve the problem with my car. He acted like he didn't remember me, asked for my name. Then thru text tells me to suck his dick and to go fk myself. Then after telling him I'd be taking him to small claims court, he took it upon himself to to use my name to look up my home address " like who does that". Showing up at my house with another guy banging on the door like he was going to break it down. I walked outside and he starts yelling and threatening me as he throws me up against my house. Rather then hit the guy getting physical with him I felt the right thing to do was to call the police. When reaching for my phone, he slapped my phone out of my hand as I attempt to call the police on him.
Now I have a broken car and phone due to Chris Miller. This is the worst case of business ethics I have ever dealt with in my life. After researching him online and his reviews I wish I realized the complaints before hand. You do not want to do business with this guy. He has major anger issues and while doing business with him he does not respond to calls or textes, and will cause you to purchase other parts that you don't need, when the main root of the problem is the work he did on the car... BUYER BEWARE! Chris Miller will now be finding himself in court and also will be getting sued!

Chris Miller of Chris Miller Racing was building me a custom race part for my race car. He called me and told me it was sitting on his desk ready to ship and that I needed to send payment. He sent me the invoice, I paid $8000. After I paid communication became difficult...mostly no response to phone calls and text. When I did reach him I tried to work with him as civilly as I could, and offered a hard deadline before I would take action at retrieving my money. 12 months later I have nothing. Bad business guys...to me this is calculated theft.

Hey buddy, I just had a bad experience with the same guy, you should take him to small claims court, or sue him. It cost nothing and you'll get your money back if you have proof consisting of receipts, text messages or whatever... Plus this guy needs to stop screwing people over, you're like the multiple complaint I seen against him...

Review: I ordered a complete short block engine. From iron sleeve, race bearings, forged pistons and rods. In the beginning the communications we had was very well. I was given constant updates throughout the build. When I have the final payment for the motor, he no longer returned my calls and all communications was lost! I spent over $5000 on that invoice alone. I can provide the invoice as well! It's been 8 months already and I'm about to get a lawyer involved!Desired Settlement: I want my refund. I don't even want my products anymore

Review: In July 2014 I purchased a Hondata computer for a total of $600 from said company and have not recieved it as promised. I have made multiple phone calls and the owner of the company has failed to return any phone calls or emails reguarding the refund. I visited the companies address in [redacted] on January [redacted] where the [redacted] said he will not issue me a refund of my money which was processed through [redacted]. I was told that he will not issue me my money back but he will order and provide me with the product in which I ordered and he would have it the following saturday. I caled him the following Saturday where he advised me that the shipment did not show up. I have yet to hear from him. I've called multiple times and have left multiple messages with no resolve. I have also called [redacted] directly (note they will not sell to the general public) to inquire if any order was in process for [redacted] turning and I was advised there was never such order. No where on the email confrontations from the purchases does it say there will be no issue of a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $600 dollars for the product I did not receive or I would like the product I purchased. Ideally I would like a cash refund.

Review: I previously purchased a newly sleeved motor block from Chris Miller racing that was supposed to be bored, honed and completely ready to go along with a set of brand new CP pistons. The company made excuses after excuses on why the item was late after I got told the item was going to be shipped out in 2 days. The main reason for purchasing through them was the speed of the service. I could have purchased a better named brand product through their competitor for the same price but I was trying to avoid the wait time. After waiting several weeks for my item to arrive it didnt and I had a very difficult time getting a response from their company. I would send multiple messages and phone calls and couldnt get anyone to answer me. After waiting even longer and after hearing excuses after excuse the item was shipped to my engine builders shop directly. The engine was then assembled and put together and not soon after the shop was tuning the car it began to overheat. We assumed the car had an overheating issue not related to the new block and we pursued that option for months while it was diagnosed and anything that could possibly be bad was replaced. After it still overheated the engine was disassembled it was then determined that the block did not have the coolant holes drilled through by Chris Miller Racing. This mistake alone cost me time and travel for driving 6+ hours towing the vehicle to and from the shop($100+), the cost of a head gasket ($120) for reassembling the engine, the cost of a machine shop to drill the coolant holes ($100+) and not to even mention all the parts that were replaced unnecessarily. After this issue was fixed I developed another problem of the car blowing head gaskets because of two chunks of the pistons coming off. When I contacted my shop about paperwork for the pistons that I purchased from Chris Miller Racing I learned that I did not receive any paperwork for the pistons that went bad. I then found out that Chris Miller Racing was not a distributor of these pistons. I have no idea what pistons they gave me or if there was a problem with them but when I contacted Chris Miller Racing about them they refused to do anything about it and told me it was an issue with my tune not the hardware. I then had to purchase new pistons ($600), another head gasket ($120), head studs ($120), and the cost of labor for machine work and engine assembly ($300+). With all of these issues I have had my car has been down for almost an entire year. I have spent a very large amount of money on these issues plus many more trying to figure out what these issues were. I have all emails, prices, receipts, paperwork and call logs over this period of time to Chris Miller Racing and with all of the shops that fixed the problems.Desired Settlement: With all of the issues I have had I think that some of the money I have lost should be refunded. While I may not expect a 100% refund for my time and money spent, I do think that I deserve partial refund. If it helps the situation I will be happy to provide any and all of the paperwork I have.

Review: I have had work done by Chris M[redacted] of Chris Miller Racing over the past year+ including parts being put on and tuning so thought I could trust him by doing a big engine build on my car. Build consisted of Forged PISTONS and Rods, acl race bearings, arp head studs, upgraded modified oil pump, supertech valvetrain, better head gasket etc. I dropped off my car on January [redacted] and was told the job would be done in about 2 1/2 weeks. After a few weeks I started inquiring about and update on the job and how everything was going. Continued to not get responses until finally he said he was sick and that was holding the job up but would get it done right away. 4 months later I finally go to pickup my car and he tells me to go easy on it until the engine breaks in. 2 days later the car starts to overheat on me which was the main reason I brought it to them in the first place but decided while they were pulling everything apart anyway I might as well have them do the full build. I paid him $2,000 up front and was to owe $1300 at pickup. After not getting responses back to when I could bring my car back so they could fix the issue, in continued to not get responses and get hung up on. He said he would correct the issue but never did and never answered me again. Soni went to another shop to get the head gasket redone since I almost knew that that is what the problem was, the shop that did the job informed me that NONE of the work that Chris Miller said he did and was suppose to do was done. Everything was completely stock as well as the head gasket was reused from when I originally dropped my car off with the overheating problem. He straight out flat out robbed me. Went online and saw that he did this to countless other people and I too am now a victim of his scams. This is utterly wrong to flat out rob someone for $3,300 like this and not do ANY OF THE WORK or put in ANY of the parts he was suppose to. I beleive I should be refunded my money on top of having to pay for rides to work and for my kids to get from point A to point B for 4 months when the job was suppose to take 2 1/2 weeks. I want to be refunded my money and no charges will be filed. I have pictures to prove none of the work he said he did was done and that he indeed did take my car in and how much I paid him and proof of everything he said he was going to be putting in and doing all messages. I aldo have a witness that was there with me when I dropped off the car and also when I picked it up and both times thst I handed him money equaling to $3,300.I want to be refunded my money I paid, if not charges will be filed and will see him in court. Chris this is utterly wrong to do to people that put their trust in you and look up to you. You should be ashamed of yourself and I don't know how you can sleep at night.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded all of my money I spent on the job to be performed, or I would like all the parts he said he was installing in my car that I paid for and the rest of the money I spent on labor.
