Chris Niemann Photography

Chris Niemann photography held a family portrait season on November 16, 2013 and I am now unable to get ahold of him for delivery of our photos. We hired [redacted] to do a family portrait session, which was done in [redacted] at the civil war battle grounds on November 16, 2013. He was paid via check in the amount of 185.00 which has cleared the bank as of December 8, 2013. He was to mail a disk of images to out address, which he verified was correct on te check. We have still not receive this disk. He posted the pictures to his website, where they are available for review and purchase. My family also ordered over 100$ in prints, which they lid for through the website. They have not recieved anything either. I have tried numerous times to call, email, text and otherwise contact Chris Niemann Photography. None of my inquiries have recieved any response. I would just like the images he took of our family and new baby in November. Desired SettlementI would like the photos in digital format that [redacted] took of our family so I can have prints made. Chris Niemann Photography was our units ball photographer. Our payment was processed, but we never received the CD of photographs purchased. Chris Niemann Photography was hired by [redacted] a unit based at [redacted] for the [redacted] Ball on November 1, 2013. My husband & I purchased a photo package ($35) which included our personal photo plus the events candid photos. My credit card shows the payment of $35 taken out on November 12, 2013. We have yet to receive our CD with photos. I have emailed him several times with only one response from him on January 19, 2014. In that message he asked for my address saying he was traveling, but didn't have addresses with him. After that corresspondance I never heard from him again. Since then I have called numerous times, but his voice mail box is full so I can no longer leave messages. Emailing him directly via his 'contact us' tab on his webpage has not yielded a response. His website says he is no longer in business.Desired SettlementI would prefer the CD with photos I paid for eight months ago or a refund.
