I have lived in Naperville for 12 years. This was the first time I used a professional plumber (Chris' Plumbing) to remove an old water softener in the basement. I am very satisfied with the work Chris has done. Chris did everything carefully. He pays attention to detail. After the work he did a good clean up job including haul the water softener to the curb. His rate is very reasonable.

Chris is a nice man, who knows his business. He was efficient, effective, and reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again for plumbing services.

Chris did a great job for a very reasonable price. My garbage disposal broke a few days before a family dinner so we really needed to get it fixed. Chris came out the next day and gave me a detailed estimate that beat the price of the other plumbers that I called.
He explained what the options were and answered my questions before starting the job. He took his time and did the job right. I would definitely call Chris again.

Chris is amazing. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing and home stuff in general. He is very easy to talk to. He spent a lot of time at my house explaining, and coming up with different solutions to my problem. He not only wanted to save me money, however wanted to come up with the best solution.

I will use Chris again, and would recommend him to my family in a second. Good job Chris on doing something right, and being so honest with your business.
