I have never received an itemized billing from Chris even though I have asked several times for one I was referring to his business card that states he gives 100% guaranteeI'm sorry Chris felt that he under cut his bid, however that was what was promised my husband and I, and as a professional I would hope he would be more organized and have his time restraints with other jobs taken into accountHe continually had to leave our house to run to another job which I felt is why the job was not done properlyThere were times when he didnt have proper tools, and had to come back another day or timeThe other account of his partner not having a police record I went by what he told my husband when my husband had to take him home one day when Chris was not able to take him home????I do not want to waste any more time trying to resolve this matterI see I was cheated out of job that should have been professional done, and was not.I will never use this company again, and I can't believe the Revdex.com backs this man upIf you could have only went through what we did for over weeks which should have taken (in Chris's words days) you would never have your name associated Regards, [redacted]

This lady is just trying to rip me off the work I did was to replace the wax ring to a toilet I can send the invoice on the technicians she had out there to unclog a toilet which was clogged with waist plus the amount she is requesting she only paid me $is lady has lied to try to take a vantage of a contractor the day it happened I went out there to fix the problem but she would not let me come in the house she just wanted her money back and I explain to her if it something I did I will take care of it free of charge I would've probably unclog the toilet for free and I explain that to her if she let me come in I don't know her nothing nothing her problem was a clogged toilet it had nothing to do with the wax ring leaking

I am not refunding any money on the job we went way beyond the job only part that that was not completed was the door which we put on and took off times which the customers did not get the correct door to fit

The job was finished Except for the shower door which this customer got the wrong one times we told her it was a customer encloser she told me she was going to return it to the store and get her money back and use a shower curtain also the job took longer because if the weather which we told her about and everytime we worked we cleaned up our job I will return the remote

The job was a fair price for the work we had to do I had to completely remove everything in the bath room and installed new everything I would have done this same job for 6,and I did it for half that I spent more time on this job than I bidded it for I was thinking it would take no more than a week to do but it taken twice that which I was not thinking it would and lost extra money on the job but I finished the job I have videos of before and after which she got her money's worth if anything I lost on the job but the customer was limited on fund and that is why I did it also the guy who helped on the job is not a fellon he does not even have a police record

I feel $400.00 would be appropriate reimbursement.I will have to pay someone to take the sink off and glue and attach the vanity to the wall. We will also have to buy long screws, and have the vent hole cover attached to the ceiling.I guess I'm going to have to deal with the shower wall as is . It will cost to much to take down and replace.I will have to find some kind of puddy remover and take off the puddy from the shower door jams  that was left and not taken off.The floor will have to stay as is .I see someone from his company left our garage door opener in our mailbox. ( so that has been returned)I see Chris has on his buisness card 100% statisfaction guarantee.I certainly was not satisfied, however this will at least help me recoupe my reimbursement for labor that would repair his and his partners errors.Thanks for you help in this matter.

As you can see from the attached pictures this job is certainly not done in the professional manner I paid $3500.00 for.I was to originally have a walk in shower that was totally tiled. Chris then told me the way the floor was he would have to jack hammer the floor in order for the tile to lay flat, so we would have to go with a shower incloser. My husband told him not to jackhammer the floor. He then still had to jack hammer the floor to have the tile incloser fit the drain hole . My husband didn't want him to put a hole in the outside wall to put a exhaust vent, and of course he wanted more money. Chris said he could put it in with no additional cost in the vent where the hole already was in the ceiling. He never put the vent in, and even though he, and I spoke at least twice in person , and once on the phone he still did not correct the ceiling vent cover, or put the exhaust fan in.The tile is still not even. The vanity is not attached to the wall at all.He never spoke to me about weather delaying him at any time, he just didnt show up or call me to let me know why he was not coming even though my husband, and I left several messages for him.Chris had scripting he always used about if I wasn't happy then he wasn't happy.I do agree I wanted the shower doors taken down, however he said the puddy had to dry before he could remove it , and would be back the next day.
