We went to job yesterday on [redacted] & REPLACED SMALL SPACER BLOCK BETWEEN HIS FENCE POST & NTHE NEIGHBORS NEW FENCE POST LIKE HE REQUESTED & PUT A CEDAR BD IN ITS PLACE FILLING 1 -1/2" VETICAL SPACE BETWEEN pOSTS.WE DO THIS ALL THE TIME FOR THE LAST 35 YRS.THE NEIGHBOR HAD... ACTUALLY CUT HIS NEW FENCE POST OFF AT THE BOTTOM & NHAD IT ATTACHED TO aNDY NEW FENCE .Was screwd to olde fence b4 we took his down.Also went over that fence with a fine tooth come 4-sections brely found a small scratch.He had done landscaping around the fence after we had left .I'm not sure what he is complaining about but believe he did not call on this for a couple weeks after getting paid.the fence is dead smack out his back right up against his deck highgly visible in your face.the one or two minor scratches probably done by the landscapers would come in less than a minute with some fine steel wool.this guy has never called me only via text.I don't understasnd this customer or whatr all the fuss is but I've never seen anything like it.this was a repeat job .one we did last yeat.he was so happy he had us come back because the stock we got from his friend at the fence yard & my supplier asked me to take care of him.he got a breadk on the stock & I took care of my suplliers friend.this customer has left a sour note w me & my supplier.this guy told me we did a good job & paid us.itook pictures .this guys needs to enjoy life a little bit.I believe I know whats going on here & wouldn't mind discussing it w somebody .He went to my insurance company 1st w a cclaim & never followed up w ity probably because he knows he & his wife r being ridiculous.

After the work was done on 5/8, I sent FOUR texts to Mr*** so I could have documentation of our conversations as I had a feeling iwould need them in the futureI have kept all of them. I know he receives his texts because he usedthem to communicate with me when he wanted to come pick up the balance of thecashOr, when it suited him to communicate through textsWhich we have donepreviouslyAfter I washed off the dirtand dust on the fence, I noticed some damage on some of the fence posts and on 5/I asked if there was any productto repair the dings and scratchesNo responseI followed up on 5/NoresponseI followed up again on 5/No responseOn 5/i told him I preferred to keep his insurance out of this,but I would need to take additional steps to indemnify me if Mr *** did not address my concernsNoresponse. On 6/i told him his serviceswere no longer needed as the supplier was sending his own guys to replace thedamaged postsWhich he did. The newwork is flawlessAfter his insurance company contacted Mr***, I sent him screen shots of all my texts(which he says he never received) towhich he responded. For Mr *** to say I never contacted him is documentednonsense.Mr *** did come by yesterday 7/, unannounced anduninvitedHe took off a post cap (which he never glued back on) and unscrewedour fence from the neighbors which secured them both togetherNow they areless sturdy than beforeSomething I will have to fixHe hastily screwed ascrap piece of wood to the neighbors fence which he somehow thought lookedbetter, which serves no purpose and makes the fence look worse. The reason he could not find any damage tothe fence is because the supplier sent his own guys over to fix the job over amonth ago as I told him on 6/4. How hedoes not know that the fence was already fixed after messages from me andconversations with the supplier is a mystery to me. There was no damage done by the landscapers as the damagewas fixed prior to their arrival. For Mr*** to say they can be "buffed out with steel wool" is just silly.There were deep, white chunks taken out of the fence.( I have pics of those aswell). The vinyl fence is coated brownover white material. If you use steelwool on the brown fence, it will turn whiteMr *** now admits in the Revdex.com process to previously receiving the texts I sent tohim but somehow still says he never rec'd them....oddAs much as Mr *** would like to deflectresponsibility...It is not my fault Mr *** and his supplier are on a sournote. I think any homeowner who pays out apaychecks worth of money for a job, should have it done correctly. And if it isn't, there should be some form ofcommunication to remedy the issue. Amoral that Mr*** has obviously not had instilled in himself through his 35years of experience.I'm 100% confident we never would have heard back from Mr*** if it weren't for a combinationof the insurance claim, Revdex.com complaint, and the fact that his relationship withthe supplier has soured.As stated before, the services of Mr *** are NO LONGERneeded. contacted me saying her gate has been broken for a month She never contacted me until a month later & explained all it probably needs was an adjustment Adjustable that is why they make them meanwhile the gate hasnt been operating for a month & explained if it got more damaged because she waited month & if it was more than adjustment & it got damaged that we could fix it but not responsible for damages she flippedI told her husband post could not go tight to house because of drainage pipe he said no problem space was too small for dog Well it wasn't says *** so I went back w a single board filler we do all the time it was neat & clean went back in my time no fee Then she calls back on the gate & flipsShe also adamantly persisted in saying there was no drainage cause she saw when the guys where there & when they built the house she never communicated w us I guess the guys may have hit it w a slight puncture I'm not sure but when I called her back to tell I could come look at it & maybe repair she didn't bother calling but called Revdex.com & wants to smear us big timeShe was a referral from a friend or neighbor in her town this is how we get slit if work She is a real keeper She needs to get a lifeI have not once heard from her husband eitherI'm not sure what there problem is but they certainly have no idea how to communicate & don't care too

I did not find his company from a neighbor (not sure why that matters) I found him on the [redacted] website. at that time he had good reviews but when I followed up with them he had recently receiveda lot of negative feedback. I regards to the gate. I kept asking [redacted] how he knew there was a drain pipe there since I had no knowledge of it. I became very curious because I was getting a lot of flooding in my garage. The didn't re pave over the hole the drilled in my driveway so I dug out the dirt with my hand and I was astonished to what I had found. A large piece of white plastic paper that the fence came in on top of a 5*5 hole in me drain pipe. I sent the pictures to [redacted] and called, texted emailed him. He blocked my phone number at that time. I then had to hire an irrigation company to come and fix the pipe that [redacted]'s workers damage at my cost.
