found and that the wire was repaired because it was very minor and already

of the strut and said that she would not have fixed it if the car was unsafeAgain it was explained that the unsafe
condition was found during diagnosis and she was only being charged for the
labor time to diagnose the problemThe total at that time was $160.42After discussing the situation with the
customer she was told that as goodwill parts would be given at no charge and
labor time would be cut to one base hour of $95 plus tax for a total of $102.60Customer hung up on service writer during
discussion and proceeded to bash the shop on facebook social mediaCustomer was called again and a message was
left to please call so we could discuss the matter furtherCustomer never returned phone call and a
