Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Although we are making some progress, this case will remain open until restitution has been received Sincerely, [redacted]

We had come to an agreement with the patient to refund her insurance company for services rendered for this year. She made a request that all services pertaining to two specific areas of treatment be refunded to her insurance company, of which DrL*** has agreed. The process with
insurance is that the claims be resubmitted as a void first, and then they will issue a request for refund. We understand that the patient is concerned with having monies restored to her account. Payment was issued on October 4, along with supporting documents. We will be in contact with her insurance company to insure that this is processed timely

*** *** brought his car in to sell, as he has purchased and sold several cars from King AutoWilliam appraised his car and offered him fair market value as well as more than the local *** dealershipWilliam then offered to look at his vehicle in our shop to verify nothing major was needed
for inspection*** *** was hoping for $5,for the *** he was looking to sellAfter the inspection William told *** *** the *** needed an alignment and that the tires were wearing on the inside more than the outsideAt that time *** *** agreed upon the $4,and moved forward with the selling of his car to King Buick GMCWhen *** *** returned to the dealership to pick up his check he noticed the car out front with the original tires ready for retailI reassured *** *** he had received above fair market value for his trade, more than another local dealership as well as above KBB in Good conditionResolution: We can reimburse him the $for the alignment in good faith

We have submitted this information to Premera Blue Cross of Alaska as expeditiously as possible. We are accustom to protocol and the patient’s response. We understand that she is unfamiliar with the process as well as the timeliness of adjudicating dental claims. The standard time frame for insurance carriers to process claims by paper is 30-days. At this point, all we can do is anticipate processing and will notify you when we receive communication from her carrier.

I am rejecting this response because:? I spoke with my Revdex.com Case Manager as well as a representative of Premera Blue Cross Insurance. The Premera representative indicated in order to move forward with this process this is what needs to occur:DrL*** has to resubmit claims with a $balance. As of today, October 16, 2017, Premera has not received the $check from DrL*** or any other resubmitted claimsThis case will remain open until all appropriate documentation is received and full restitution of $has been made.DrL*** needs to commit to all documentation requirements in order for Premera to reprocess claims.? On Wednesday, October 18th, I will follow up with Premera to determine the corrective action by DrL***
Sincerely,
*** ***

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The reason I agreed to the price of $4300 had nothing to do with [redacted] or whether it was higher or lower. I was told by William that the best he could do is $4300 and that he could not give me $5000 because the car needed 4 new tires and an alignment. If I am told that new tires and an alignment are needed then that price is being deducted off the $5000 that I am looking for. I was also told that he was selling the car for $5995. Upon returning to the dealer to look at another car I wanted to buy I noticed my car on the lot with the same tires that were on the car when I sold it ( not new ones ) and the sticker price was over $8000 not the $5995 I was told. Taking all this into consideration and in the spirit of compromise I will settle this claim with the dealer for $250 which is far less than 4 new tires and an alignment. Let me know.Regards,
[redacted]
