I am rejecting this response because:In the attachment on first page item #5, he says he sent me an additional money of $but I have not received it I was only asking for an additional amount of $(Interest of $that I will absorb and the amount that I am asking from him which is a penalty of $of which I have only received $leaving a balance of $130.50, that is all I am asking for from him and I did not receive it after sending him a certified letter attached explaining it and not hearing back from him Letter sent to him and return receipt attached

This letter is in response to your letters dated
3/18/and 3/28/First of all your letter dated 3/18/was not delivered
to me until 3/28/Thus the day I received it, the days wanting a response
had already passedI then received your letter dated 3/28/today on April 1,
I
would recommend you allow for a longer time line in your letters to
allow for mail processing time.As for this issue with *** *** *** I am
attaching the following to this complaint filed by him.E-mail sent to *** *** on May 25, when I sent him his corporate tax returnI did not hear back from him until late September 2016.E-mail sent to *** *** on November 17, In this e-mail I outlined what happened with his tax returns, timing, etc and outlined some family death issues I unfortunately dealt with in He responded to me on 1/6/(almost two months later).E-mail sent to *** *** on 1/31/in response to his 1/6/emailI thought in his e-mail of 1/6/he only wanted me to pay the interest of $That is why I even stated in that e-mail, "Again I offered to split it 50/giving you more money from meHowever if you only want to get an additional $from me, I will put check in the mail to you today."E-mail to *** *** dated 2/3/where I explained I had misunderstood his e-mail dated 1/31/and even mentioned I had prepared four TX Unemployment Returns a no charge to him.Copy of the letter I sent to him on March 20, where I responded to his letter of 2/17/I sent him another payment of $coupled with the payment of $on 1/31/and the $in discounts I had given him on his tax returns clearing the issue in full on the penalty and interest.The above should clear any and all issues I have
with *** *** ***I still feel and believe that *** *** is still 50% of the
issue here and why I offered to split this with him 50/initiallyHe
disappeared for close to months (May to Sep 2016)Again after he contacted
me about his concern on the penalty and interest in November 2016, I wrote him
on November 16, and I don't hear from him until January 6, Almost
two months laterThe only reason for my delay to his letter of February 17,
is outlined in my response to him.If this response is not adequate enough to clear this issue,
