Review: I received an offer that on March **, 2014 I will make $10 million and an additional $15 Million one week later if I requested to him a sacred coin which allows miraculous strokes of luck.I gave him my credit card number. He charged $19.95 guaranteeing a REFUND if I wasn't satisfied.I received the so called "SACRED COIN" on March [redacted]. and followed his instructions to the dot, and bought a lottery ticket for March [redacted].,On March [redacted]. I checked the lottery winning numbers and...NOT EVEN A PRIZE THAT COVERS THE VALUE OF THE TICKET. NONE.On March [redacted]. I sent a note with copy of the guarantee, asking for a refund and instead returning my money (either a check or refund me my account, he's sending me all kind of crap asking me to send more money.HE'S DEFINITELY A SCAMMER TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLD PEOPLE THAT LIVE WITH THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY $19.95 IMMEDIATELY.
