Our Daughter's car broke down on I-near Michigan City She was able to get it to a hotel The next morning she looked up SAAB repair facilities and found Chris's Car Care nearby *** was able to make time to figure out what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to repair that day We had to drive the next day from the Ann Arbor area, pick up our Daughter, get her back to Chicago and return home in the early hours of the next day to go to work After deliberating we decided to get rid of the car *** offered to keep the car on site until we could do so...no charge It took awhile but we were able to dispose of the car *** kept it on the lot and assisted us in our efforts We greatly appreciated the service and compassion
