On or about November 21, 2019, I responded to an online solicitation offering personalized Christmas ornaments for sale. I paid for the ornament at the time of the online purchase, and was given an order number On November 25, 2019, I received a shipment notification with *** tracking number which identified the item in the shipment as being 1 Pet Memorial Ornament. Subsequently I checked the status of the delivery and was informed via *** the tracking number had not further activity, meaning the post office had not received the package associated with the above stated tracking number. I have had several communications via e-mail and electronic messaging where the owner of the company excused the delay as being related to a family emergency, and she also stated that she would mail the package the following day. There have been several communications between the owner and myself and to date the item has not been shipped and the tracking number is no longer valid with no further information. I wish to get a refund of my money.

Zero starts! Multiple people ordered and paid for items from the vendor and have not received them despite numerous communications and protests by the owner that she would ship the items the following day. I ordered an ornament in November 2019, and still have not received the item, despite having paid for it. Take your business elsewhere.

On November 21, 2019, I ordered 4 items from this company, 3 for myself, one, to be shipped to a relative in ***. I received an immediate confirmation of both orders, along with *** tracking numbers. The *** tracking notified me that shipping labels were generated at 8:44 a.m. on November 25, 2019. I was promised photos of the items ordered (personalized memorial ornaments). I never got them. On December 1st, I saw no items had been shipped, so I messaged the owner. No response. On December 21st, I messaged again. This time she said her husband was ill, hospitalized, surgery, and would get them out the next day. Nothing was shipped. On December 23, 2019, I messaged again, no response, nothing shipped. On December 26th, I messaged again, she said they were shipping that day. Nothing has been shipped. I have messaged 3 more times, no response, nothing has been shipped. I paid $80.00 plus shipping. Others that ordered when I did have not gotten their orders, and she does not answer their messages, either. I put a "do nor recommend" comment on her business *** page, still no response. I would like my items or a refund. I can't get either, as she does not respond
