Regarding a recent complaint from a former member of Christ Church, we regret she feels that she was mistreated and even more so, due to race and gender We deny any mistreatment or neglect, particularly any due to race or genderThe video access that she was told to expect shortly after the
conference held on April 18, was sent to her in an email on May 7, The Pastor mentioned in the complaint requested a meeting to discuss several issues but unfortunately the member refused to meet Concerning her friend who did not receive the video access, we will contact her and give her any access that is currently available or still wanted

Christ Church has no record of recieving a request for removal from mailings or phone calls. Per the complaintant's request through this complaint, the complaintant's record has been made inactive in our system, deleted from our daily devotional list, and deleted from our emergency contact phone...

list we use for bad weather closings. We have contacted our bulk mail company to have the complaintant's address removed from bulk mailing when we bulk mail to specific zip codes. If the complaintant receives any more contact from Christ Church, we would like to be notified, so we can make sure this process is complete.
