I spoke to *** and apologized for the delaywe have been so bogged down with registering people and trainingthe problem was that he kept calling the front desk we were getting his messages along with the tons of others, and didn't get around to calling him He should have come into
our office physically and we would have taken care of the matterHe told me he wanted to make sure that we were in the office before coming in, he didn't want to waste his time, so he just called usi scheduled *** to come in and we will take care of him and get his classesafter monday 5/25/the matter will be resolved
