Review: Videographer accepted $495 payment on 12/4/12 to video tape our wedding on November 22 2014. Videographer showed up andvideo taped the wedding and reception as planned. I attempted.to contact.videographer in April 2014 to determine when the video would be completed and delivered. I called ###-###-#### and left a message several times. In addition I left several emails on his email [redacted] My husband also called.and emailed. It is now july 2014 and [redacted] Christaldi has not.returned our messages or.emails. when speaking to.him at.another wedding on may 17 we were told it.would be delivered by the end of.the following week. It has been over 7 months and no contact.has been received.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive the video as promised or a refund from services provided

Review: On March 17, 2014 I ordered 4 DVD's with check #[redacted] totaling $160.00. The check was cleared in April but I have never received the DVD's. I left several voice messages and an email but I have received a response. I had previously ordered and never had a problem.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive the 4 DVD's that I had ordered or I would like a refund of the $160.00
