Around a year ago we turned in a damage claim to our insurance company. They had a third party come out that said it just needed a repair. We had 3 companies come out that said we needed a new roof but did not offer to go to fight for us with the insurance company.I happened to meet Chris G and told him about what was happening. He came out and inspected our roof. He said we definitely had damage. Chris went to bat for us with the insurance company by presenting pictures of what he found and meeting with their adjuster on our roof. After their meeting, the insurance company agreed on a new roof. Christechome Home Repair has now installed our new roof. By the way, we upgraded the roof. Our roof now looks better than when our house was built. We have had one major rain without any leaks.We highly recommended Chris G and Christec Home Repair.

Chris is the best and walked us through every step of the way... highly recommend him and his company... job was done to perfection, the crew was amazing and left ZERO mess. We are extremely happy with our new roof, Chris was very professional throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure if my roof needed a repair or replacement. Chris was putting my neighbor's roof and I asked if he can inspect our roof and sure enough from his 30 years of knowledge he noticed damage. Right away I put in a claim with the insurance company and Chris went up my house with the city inspector's. As we scheduled a date and time for Roof installment we made a last minute change and it wasn't a small one, we decided to change the color of roof from Teak to Onyx Black the night before. OMG! I thought he was going to be pissed but instead he went through the hassle of restocking the preordered Teak roof and finding the new roof color and he made it happen. Chris showed me his great customer survice and loyalty on top of that Chris knocked it out of the park with a quick and well done job. THANK YOU CHRIS LOVE THE ROOF COLOR. I cant enough good things about Chris's company and his crew, They repaired few damage facia boards, 2x2 rotten wood drip trim and replace with the metal long lasting drip trip anround the whole house. Cristec did an incredible job on my roof and super fast. They walked me through every step of the way while filling my insurance claim. I would definitely recommend anybody to use them !!!

Great job! Ran into issues at the last minute with getting roof replacement done. With some exposed roof I Called Christec and explained the issues. They were able to come out right away on the weekend based on my needs, and complete the job. Did not take advantage of the situation. Fair and very reasonable. the crew was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to get it done before any weather moved in. Roof looks great And My yard was left in better shape with cleanup afterwards than before. High recommendation.
