This is a disgruntle client who is upset because they lost their job in Boise and could not move into their home.The Facts: (Please let me know if you need the documentation)Schedule month building time The permit was pulled 5-10- The C of O was 2-9- Almost exactly nine months2-17-client agreed to a punch list and identified completion after his walk-threw with the final payment.All Changed items were agreed upon by the client The home cost 70,less then contract Total costs were less then 870, It was appraised for over 949, At this moment I believe he has an offer for well over 900,000.Client wanted not to pay my last draw and split the profit of the sell This is not what I signed up to do I needed to pay my subcontractors He was very displeased that I demanded payment and that I did not agree to his terms for the last payment.Please go on line and look at the photos of this beautiful home.Please contact me if you need any of the documentation to prove the inaccuracies of this complaint.Thanks for your help,Chad C [redacted] Christensen Homes
