judgment through the court. **. [redacted] did pay that fee. However, when we went to execute, the court informed us that this case was appealed by the defendant. We then sent notification to **. [redacted] via mail and apparently he changed addresses and did not inform us. We are more than willing to refund his $100.00 in full immediately so long as he withdraws this complaint.

initially responsive to my phone calls and did nice job with the case, but in last few months no call backs to multiple phone calls in attempt to communicate with office re balance owed..

Review: I got a solicitation in the mail from this attorney to collect a judgment I have against a former tenant back in [redacted], PA. I called Attorney Jones and explained that this tenant was a tough one who had many, many creditors after her. Some time later Attorney Jones called me back and said she has secured information that there are sufficient assets to satisfy my judgment, all I needed to do is send the $100.00 for her to get started; I was left thinking this was a slam dunk.

This collection came to mind recently so I called to see where my money was and the phone is no longer working, suddenly I'm thinking the form letter I got went to many people in my situation and when the $100.00 payments were maximized, the doors were closed. At any rate I've heard and have no way to contact this attorney; I want my judgment money or my money back as I feel I've been scammed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back of the judgment paid to me.
