I appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in this matter Apparently, involving the Revdex.com is the only way to get ChristianBook.com to provide reasonable customer service in a timely manner Three days straight of emails and calls made to this business to have an order cancelled should have been sufficient effort on my part as a customer rather getting the run around and being forced to go to the extreme by filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com I will never do business with ChristianBook.com again and STRONGLY advise future customers to avoid doing business with this company as well

We’re sorry Mrs. [redacted] didn’t receive her package when she thought she would. The order was placed on August 11th and we quoted an expected shipping date of August 16th. We were able to personalize the Bible and ship it out sooner than expected. It shipped on August 14th. The... shipping method for the package was standard. The service we used was [redacted] . With [redacted] , [redacted] picks up the package from us and delivers it to the local post office who does the final delivery to the customer. With [redacted] the expected delivery time frame to her address was 5-8 business days. That would make the 8th business day August 24th. I have tracked the package and it picked up at the post office on August 23rd. Although I do understand her disappointment that she didn’t get the Bible by her birthday, we are not at fault for this. She has received the merchandise and is not due a refund. Thank you, [redacted] Customer Research Supervisor Christian Book Distributors

On October 15th, *** *** called our customer service department stating she received the wrong itemWe apologized for the mix up and told her that she could donate the incorrect item if she couldn't use it and we would reship the correct item.Later that night, she emailed us upset that we
were not sending her the correct itemWe explained to her that we have already processed a reshipment and she would have it on Monday.After receiving our reply, she called us and said that she needs the item on SaturdayWe upgraded the shipping to Saturday delivery for herWe feel that this issue has been successfully resolved.Thank you,*** ***

Revdex.com,I have looked into the customer's order historyWe did find orders that the customer placed for the same itemOne order he placed in late December so I can understand that he may not have remembered it was on backorder so he placed another order for it in January.However, we will refund him

We did received a call from Ms. [redacted] on June 23, 2016, asking us to remove her from our mailing list. We did comply with her request and have marked her account to no longer receive catalogs. However, we did inform her that some mailings may already be in process. Because of this, it’s...
