My Husband and I was hit from behind messing our car up pretty roughWe brought it to walkers for a estimate, they told us it would not even be under recommendation to drive it so they totally took care of everything! We did not have to contact anyone, there was NO middle man, and they even took care of the rental carThey were very professional and precise! When our car was ready it looked amazing! You could not even tell there was any damage and they detailed it upon returning it to us! vehicle to the shop as the vehicle was overheating and you mentioned to me that you needed to add coolant every time you wanted to drive it. We also avoided a towing charge of $85.00 by picking up the vehicle.We did a pressure test and we found the leak, it was coming from the middle section of the radiator, this was the root cause of the overheating specially when you needed to add coolant every time you wanted to use the vehicle.You insisted in replacing the thermostat and we explained that investing in that work will not fix your vehicle and we offered to come and see the leak for your self. We do not deceive any of our customers and that was the reason we wanted to show you the leak so you understand the problem was not at the thermostat.When you declined the visit, we had the moral obligation not to change the thermostat as we knew there was a leak and changing the thermostat would not do any good.We returned the vehicle to you in the condition the vehicle was received and we invested the equivalent of $85.00 towing service in our time just picking up the vehicle and a $49.00 value on the pressure test. We are a faith based company and we always do what is right for our customers and we never do anything with out your permission and our customers seek professional advise on where to invest in their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.We cannot be liable for the repair of your vehicle when all we did was to diagnose it and organize a vehicle pick up, and waived a charge of $49.00 for a cooling system performance test.  It was your decision to get the repairs performed at another place and it is a legitimate expense you needed to do to get your vehicle in operating condition by repairing a coolant leak and once the system can hold pressure the next task was to verify the proper thermostat operation before replacing it.I hope you understand that all we did was to put your interest as a priority.Have a blessed day
