Although the starter may have worked under a bench test that does not mean that it will perform under a load. The technician spent between 15 and 20 hours on the vehicle and we did not charge anything. We even gave the customer the ignition switch.
The vehicle was on our lot for a month and we eventually told the customer we would have to start charging storage fees.
