I still like the record to show that this company has very poor customer service. They take a very long time to process orders after payment has been taken, and they are impossible to contact via phone.

  I did receive my package shortly after submitting this complaint.  While I understand the holiday busy season, they should still be staffed enough to answer the phone and answer emails from their customers.  To ensure future business, they may want to revise their customer service practices.

I am rejecting this response because: the Items were not sent until I made a complaint with the Revdex.com. Your voicemail doesn't work and not one person returned my emails. The items broke the moment I took them out of the bag as well. Sending them back would be useless as I won't ever get a refund although that is what I want. I cannot even wear the bracelets as they don't stay together. The multiple complaints to the Revdex.com about your business speak volumes

We always offer either an exchange or refund for unwanted or broken items. We also pay for the return shipping and will be more than happy to do so.  However, we can only offer refunds on merchandise that has been returned.
