Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I filed a complaint and I just recieved a notice in the mail that the lady from christian driving school was contacted.The information the woman at christian driving school in not true.She gave me one lesson,then for my second lesson I asked her if we could go to [redacted] as my lessonShe stated that would be fine, she would drive there and id drive back she never gave me an either/or option, like she statedshe stated she said that either she could drive me there or we could do a lesson, which is untrueI allowed her to drive me there as my lesson because she said I could do my lesson driving back, I went in to social service to drop a letter in the box and came right back outit took less than minutes, I asked her if we could swap seats so I could do my lesson and drive back, at this time she stated she did not have enough time to give me my lesson.this whole experience took about minutesAnother time she states that she came and I just didnt do my lesson is in correct as wellshe told me earlier in the week she could possibly do a lesson with me and shed get back to meShe comes to my house unannounced, never having contacted me, and I was unable to go because I have a year old son who had noone to watch him while I did my lesson and I did not feel like it was safe to put him in a car with me driving when ive only driven once during a lesson, so I told her I was unable to go do the lessonin the letter I recieved it goes on to state that [redacted] said that [redacted] told her that she was to pick me up at a different location and not my home and I called and checked to see if my case worker had stated this to her and she said that was not true, and theres no reason it would be.Can you please mail me a response to this because I do not have internet access on a regular basis my mailing address is [redacted] ***, thank you so much for looking into this, sincerely yours, [redacted]

I spoke with the business and she said that she went to pick this customer up four times and each time there was another problem that prevented the customer from being able to drive during the time allotted. The first time the customer could only drive around the block in neighborhoods because...

she had no experience. The second time the customer wanted to go to a ways away and the only way to get there was on [redacted] and during heavy traffic time. The business would not let her drive there because she had little experience. She was told the business could take her there or she could drive around places that were safer. The customer decided to be taken there, that counts as a lesson because it was the time allotted to this customer. The third time the customer said she did not know about the lesson but they had set it up the previous day. The fourth lesson she was told she had to pick the customer up from a different location because she was told by [redacted]s that she was not to pick her up at her home. The customer is only due one lesson because the business came out at the times and appointments made.

Review: I had a 40 min lesson with [redacted] then the second lesson I had go to [redacted] to drop off a letter I asked her if we could go there for my lesson she said sure ill drive there and you can drive back then when it was time for me to drive back she said no I dont have the time she counted this as my lesson when it wasnt even 30 minutes. then she showed up at my house unannounced and was ready to give me a lesson I have a child, and I need advance notice as she was aware of she counted this as a lesson even though she showed up without even notifying me. she was paid for 5 lessons through [redacted] and now she is saying she owes me only 1, even if she counted those two bogus lessons as lessons, she would still owe me 2 at leastDesired Settlement: I want the services that [redacted] paid for.

Review: My daughter, [redacted] 18 years old worked had to save up for the cost of drivers ed and behind the wheel. She paid [redacted] directly, in cash, as she requires(its even on her voivemail) and do not give a receipt!) and she did not hold up her end of the agreement. My daughter had 1 Saturday class only. My daughter has left numerous voicemails over the last 2 months ( we have contacted our phone carrier for a list of phone calls made to this number), trying to schedule a 2nd class and was unsuccessful. Finally, I called and surprisingly spoke directly to [redacted] this passed Friday (4-10-15). She was far from helpful and even got rude with me telling me to call her back. I asked her if she would take responsibility and initiate the review of this issue and she said "call me back tomorrow between 9-5. I have the entire conversation recorded! As she suggested, I called her office back the next day around 11:45 am and spoke with someone, who my daughter identified as being her "helper". This young lady took down my name, phone number and said she would have [redacted] call me back. I am finally filing this complaint because she was given more than enough time to rectify this issue. I feel like she took advantage, scammed and stole from this my daughter. She should have had the experience, knowledge and official license by now. I am beyond disappointed in the way this was handled, or not handled. I am requesting a full refund so that my daughter can hire a more qualified and morally correct teacher.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to support this business or deal with them anymore, therefore an requesting a refund in full.
