Christian electric was hired to drill a well,install a water pump, and tank, and also install the heating and air They drilled a hole in my basement wall to run in the water line The hole was never sealed properly causing mud and water to leak into the basementThere was a dispute between my general contractor, and christian electric over whose responsibility it was to wire the water pumpAfter dispute the owner refused to speak to my gc The hole was never fixed which caused my basement to become very damp, all my new equipment was covered in mud, and we now have mold on our drywall in the basement We asked christian to come out and hook up the air conditioning they said they could not turn it on until construction was done and asked my wife to sign a waiver to void out warranty on our hvac unitDue to poor communication between the gc and subcontractor they were not aware construction was doneOnce my wife informed them that the construction was done they said they would be out the following day, they didnt actually show up for three working days My electrician ran all the wiring and they were supposed to turn on the airThe air was never turned on and my electrician informed me that their work was done incorrectlyOn 7-the owner of christian called my wife and told her that the technician who had done our work had quit his company and he was afraid he had sabotaged his jobs, a statement he later denied He told her a new tech would be there first thing in the morning of 7-30, but he did not show upWhen I called the subcontractor my self at noon of that day he blamed all of the delays on my electrician which was completely false Christian electric has delayed the construction of my home by at least two weeks I have had to push back my flooring installer three times nowThey did not clean up their mess and caused my basement utility room to be covered in mud and waterI would not recommend their services to anyone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[The response is very typical of our dealings with this company. They did not in any way address our Revdex.com complaint. They don't even seem to realize that we did pay the additional funds that they demanded to finish the work, and they have already been out and completed the work. The complaint is that the work is defective. There are multiple rooms where the wiring DOES NOT WORK. We simply want them to send out an electrician to correct the faulty wiring that they have installed, but they refuse to respond to any of our calls or emails. I would point out that the faulty wiring is in our childrens' bedrooms and they have no regard for their safety.
