[redacted] recently moved into a furnished rental that we manage in [redacted] on January 11, After receiving her first written notice of lease violations one week later, [redacted] immediately made this complaint to the Revdex.com Since move in, there have been numerous complaints from the neighbors and from the property owner All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, and have been reviewed by the owner of Christian Management Corp., and all employees have acted in a professional and courteous manner [redacted] refused to have a meeting, in the office, to go over all of the complaints in person prior to her receiving the write up [redacted] has been advised, in writing, of the multiple complaints, the sections of the lease that she violated, and how she can correct the issues to come into compliance with the lease she signed on January 11,

Christian Management Corpreceived a rental application from [redacted] for a handyman special doublewide that was for rent with the option to purchase in [redacted] ** They were advised that the home needed work prior to looking at the home, after looking at the home they still chose to submit their rental application and the $application fee They were also advised that the monthly rent, and deposit, were reduced due to the repairs still needed in the home in exchange for them completing the work needed The owner has a mutual agreement with our company and a local Realtor The application fee was paid on Sunday, Feb4th, and [redacted] called our office at 5am Tuesday Feb6th, to let us know that he had changed his mind and they did not want to rent the home afterall After [redacted] contacted us about wanting his application withdrawn, we did not have a need to process the application any further All incoming, and outgoing, calls are recorded and can be submitted as proof should you need anything further Sincerely, [redacted] ***

*** *** contacted us about renting a doublewide we had available at *** *** *** ** *** **She was aware that the home had been vacant for some time and it needed some work prior to move in, therefore we agreed to take money off of her security deposit, waived her application
fees, let her make the first month's rent and security deposit in payments due to this, in addition to letting her get started on making the home move in ready without charging her any rent up until that point*** *** was more than happy to do the work on her own since it would help her with her upfront move in expensesThe county inspector did find some minor issues with the home and referred us to a local electrical company who, both agreed, was less than half a days work to make the repairs needed to pass all needed inspectionsWe immediately agreed to to have the local electrical company perform the work needed and pay for all repairs. *** *** *as failed to respond to where we needed to mail her refund check of $875. Instead of keeping the full $975, or $which would have been the prorated rent for November 7, to November 16, we only kept $for the time she occupied the property in which we were no longer able to show the home and turned potential interested residents away because she had hold money on the home before deciding “she didn't feel good about the move”After multiple attempts to get her current mailing address the $refund check was mailed to her last known addressAll calls incoming, and outgoing, at our office are recorded and can verify all of the above should you need any additional proof

We were told the home was for rent to own for $a monthThey were NOT going to give us so much off being a handy manThis home is not habital and they by law cant RENT it out! We talked to the city its located in and since the electric all has to be done then no one can live in it or purchase it by rental agreementI will be satisfied with the $back into my accountWe were told to HURRY and do the application fee so we paid the extra $14 so it would go through within hrs Stop trying to scam hard working people

*** *** As I absolutely did not violate any of the terms of the lease between myself and Christian Management, I will not accept any action less than the removal of all references to said violations

Christian Management Corponly received a $rental application fee from *** *** *** *** *** for a handyman special doublewide that was for rent with the option to purchase in *** *** The application fee receipt was attached with the original complaint submitted by *** *** and is attached again as proof. The credit card processing fee goes directly to the credit card company, not to Christian Management Corp., which was explained to *** *** prior to him paying this application fee online. They were also advised that the monthly rent, and deposit, were reduced due to the repairs still needed in the home in exchange for them completing the work needed. The owner has a mutual agreement with our company and a local Realtor (our agreement can be provided to the Revdex.com if needed). All incoming, and outgoing, calls are recorded and can be submitted as proof should you need anything further

Christian Management keeps any, and all, write ups to their residents confidential and they are not disclosed therefore [redacted]’s write up would have never been known to anyone, besides herself, and would have simply been kept in her resident file.  According to our lease, Christian Management would have grounds for termination after 3 write ups.  [redacted] signed a 6 month lease on January 11, 2018 and will shortly be vacating the property so we here at Christian Management have addressed all of her complaints and have done everything in our power to make her as comfortable as possible in her new home for the short stay she will be there.   Unfortunately Christian Management cannot withdraw the write up, and had grounds to do so, as stated in the lease agreement signed by [redacted] on January 11, 2018.

To whom it may concern,[redacted] was a former resident of The [redacted] did, in fact, leave owing a balance because she vacated the apartment on August 21, 2017 and did not notify anyone that she had vacated the apartment. [redacted] did not to pay her...

August rent therefore her account was debited for the month of August rent only.According to [redacted]’s lease that was signed on June 1, 2015, where [redacted]’s account could have been debited an additional $270, however [redacted] was not billed anything additional “at the end of said term in writing to the other at least (30) days prior thereto, and this lease shall continue thereafter upon the same terms and conditions as a lease from month to month, until terminated by either party to the end of such month by written notice to the other at least thirty (30) days prior to termination. If Resident fails to fulfill the Twelve-month lease term they will forfeit their security deposit. If a thirty day notice is not given in writing, Resident has to pay for an extra thirty days even if they don’t reside in the residence.”After speaking with [redacted], and understanding her current circumstances, as a courtesy to her we have refunded the money so she can use it for her new home. We have chosen to take a loss in hopes to help someone in need.Sincerely,[redacted]
