Hello , I'm responding to a complaint made by a customer , he was hung up on due to his rude , vulgar , demeaning insulting beraiding comments and remarks. he didn't say nothing like please or how do we solve , he kept going on with comments saying we suck his work sucks etc. They signed for...
work maybe you can speak with his wife she thanked me for calling. She said she was looking for an amicable solution and look forward to my arrival on the 19th. Upon arrival there was a thank you note. I provided the service and told them to leave filter off over night. At that time , I told them to notify us if there was still a issue and we could come and replace the entire valve. We haven't heard from them since then . Thank You[redacted]

Review: Christian Pools installed valves on my pool on 5-10-2015. After the installation one of the valves leaked. Finally, after numerous phone calls and e mails, they sent a tech to repair the valve,but I specifically asked to call me first, so I can be home. The tech placed plumbers putty around the outside of the valve hoping the leak would stop, this did not work I finally got their attention when I disputed the charge with [redacted]. [redacted], called and left a message for me to call him which I did. I told him that before he comes onto my property I want to know he is coming. I never received that call but he notified [redacted] that he called before and after the service to fix the valve which is false because I have the call records and the valve still leaks. In his letter to [redacted] he states "Should the customer be unhappy with the work, in my opinion should need to take it up in the courts" really. I go to court I win because the valve is still leaking!! I tried calling him today, 8/17/2015 to try to resolve the matter and the person who answers the phone hung up on me. That is I guess what he considers real customer service!!Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund.
