Review: I have been calling and speaking with the front desk about my daughters bill since October of 2014, because billing and the office manager failed to call and resolve the questions and concerns. I have had calls with threats that if I don't pay a balance they will send me to collections. I have asked the person that would call to please explain why I owe the balance and all she could say is she thinks its from co-pays or that we were in deductible which is a lie as we paid for co-pays for every visit once we received commercial insurance. I don't need anyone to guess when it comes to payments being collected.The last call received in December, they called and stated I owed $65+, I asked why was there a balance as my husband and I paid for the last visit they could only explain the $20+ charge but not the $45 charge, so I only paid for the $20 charge and asked the rep to please have someone in billing call. The only time I have received a call from this place is when there is a balance, and the last time I received that call was back in November and December regarding my daughters bill still with no explanation. I have not received a bill explaining why I owe this balance and the insurance company couldn't help because they are not sure why there is a $45 charge. I refuse to pay for anything that can't be explained by the office. This office has lied about calling with reminder calls and calling to explain billing. They also have threaten to charge me with no show/late cancel fees, when I have called to cancel appointments. Not even the therapist have called me and I asked the front desk to please forward messages to my daughter therapist. I have no messages at all from this office and I have complained to my daughter therapist on several occasions about this matter, amongst others since staff is never in the office after 4/5pm to speak with someone directly. This is one of the worst facilities to deal with in regards to staff and management, the therapist was the only good experience.Desired Settlement: I want the $45 dollar charged wave and to be removed from collection for the office failure not to explain/send an itemized bill to why this charge was owed. I would also like my daughters records to be sent and all appointments to be canceled. I don't want any association with a practice that have no care for the patients or families that they deal with.
