[redacted] car came for Maryland State Inspection on 05-05- Car could not pass safety inspection Repair work was performed on [redacted] ***'s car follow below.Third Stop LightFront Driver's Side Lower Control ArmBrand New Tires[redacted] Picked up his on 5-07-He called the repair shop on 05-10-and mentioned that Tire Monitor and Electronic Stability control alert light came on 05-09-2017.We informed [redacted] that the Electronic Stability control Alert light is not related with the repair work, the Tire Monitor light comes on when tire pressure is low and we can check the tires pressure for him for free But we would love to check the Electronic Stability control alert light for a diagnostic fee of $and the diagnostic fee will go toward the repair work[redacted] Mentioned that he will not pay any additional money and the shop needs to check out both Light for free and repair them.Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.Kindest Regards,Kash K***Manger

10/13/2017To Whom It May Concern,have received this complain yesterday about [redacted] Here is the brief summary what our repair shop have done for her [redacted] .She brought her truck on 09/14/2017, for engine light diagnostic when we ran the diagnostic on her car she needed Bank Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor bank We gave her the prices and she agreed to the prices for the parts and laborWe ordered the parts for her car and installed the parts and have her to pick up her truck, when she came in to pick up her truck, she mentioned that she hears the noise from the steering and her hood is not closing properlyIn order to perform the job on the catalytic converter we don't to touch the steering column or any part of the steering or the hood since job is been perform on her exhaust pipe not on her steering or her hoodWe brought the car in the see if she has any other issues, since the car came Only for the engine light diagnostic, neither for steering column orhoodHer husband came in the shop and asked us to show them the old catalytic converter and we show both of the husband and wife the Catalytic converterHusband shook hand with the mechanic and was happy with the job we performedAnd they left happily from the shop[redacted] called the shop on 10/03/stating that her engine light came back on and I asked her to bring her car back so I can see what's going on, She came on 10/05/and came in a bad mood and stating that she doesn't want the same mechanic to work on her carAs she mentioned in her letter that we didn't want to help her, if the shop didn't want to help her why did we take her car the second time and worked on it for free.I have my other mechanic to look over the car to see what's going on with the engine lightWe installed another new catalytic converter for free of charge with shop cost and fixed the hood latch which we didn't even touched while we had to work under the car on the exhaustShop took the hit for the part and the labor for another catalytic converter was installed in her carThe issue she came for was the engine light and that issue has been resolved and we took care of the hood issue too, the one we didn't touch or worked onShe paid for one catalytic converter and got the second one for free under shop cost, And got her hood fixed with no charge either.The issue she has with the steering, that's not part of the job we performed for herSince we didn't work on her steering or any of her suspension,I hope you understand that the nature of this letterIf you have any further questions feel free to contact meThank you again for your consideration on this matter.Best RegardsAsh K***

Hello,Attached is the bill that the doctor office sent me I am not happy when they called the insurance office and gave me a rate for the job but then came back a few months later and asked me to pay extra because insurance will not cover.Please let me know if you need any more update

It is unfortunate that Mr *** feel this way about our officeWe have provided excellent dental services to Mr ***He agreed on the services providedHe signed the proposed treatment plan showing the estimated insurance portionHe read and signed our office Financial policy stating:"For Patients with Insurance: We highly recommend that you become familiar with your Dental CoverageThere is a multitude of policies on the market each with their particular coverage,exemptions,waiting times or limitationsIt has become practically impossible for the dental office to determine their coverage with certainty in every case, since they always reserve the right to modify their payment once the service is rendered and the claim is submittedOur office will verify and file your primary insurance as a courtesyEvery effort will be made to closely estimate your co-payments and deductibles, which are due at the time of serviceHowever that is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance and you are responsible for any unpaid portion for the service providedPlease understand that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance companyIf an insurance carrier has not paid within days of biling, any unpaid professional fees are due and payable in full from you to the doctor."
