Avoid this vendor. If there is a problem with your order you will receive no assistance. Vendor does not honor his return policy. Vendor will not communicate with you unless forced to do so by Amazon, etc.

Review: I placed an order with CFF for a weighted vest (order #[redacted]) in late February 2014. After waiting a couple of weeks for my vest to ship (my credit card was charged immediately) I cancelled the order on March 3rd. I called CFF to confirm cancellation, which they confirmed, and was told it would take about a week for the charge to be reversed on my [redacted]. After 2 weeks I sent an email inquiring as to the status of my refund. After receiving no response, I called CFF and was told since it was an order being fulfilled by another company the reversal of credit card charges was taking longer then normal. On March 20th I again called CFF to inquire about getting the charge reversed and was told that the charge was "being reversed tomorrow." It is now March 31 and the charge has still not been reversed. I never received the vest either.Desired Settlement: I just want the charge of $229 reversed on my credit card. That's all. Thanks.
