Dear J[redacted] and Revdex.com: I was in California when J[redacted] called me and I told him I would deal with it when I got back. My wife went on the Revdex.com site to pay our membership invoice and noticed I had a complaint on their website. We recently moved the business at the beginning of this...
month and all business mail always goes to our home address. Unfortunately, this complaint letter had the business address on it and so I never received it. We had already started working on J[redacted] warranties. The roof warranty was easy to get. We will drop off all copies to J[redacted] house today, July 28, 2017.The railing warranty was a little more cumbersome. We have filled out all the paperwork and registered his warranty with the railing company. I feel terrible that I upset J[redacted] We got along great and had many good conversations. I am looking forward to getting back into his good graces as I want to keep him as Dear J[redacted] and Revdex.com,I spoke with J[redacted] while in California and told him I would get the warranties to him when I got home. The roof warranty was easy, and does not need to submitted. J[redacted] just needs to keep it in a safe place if he ever needs it. The railing warranty was a bit more cumbersome but I have submitted it online. We will drop off both warranties to his home today, July 28th, 2017. I feel terrible about upsetting you J[redacted] We got along great and had many good conversations. I'm looking forward to getting back in your good graces as I am looking forward to keeping you as a good customer and a friend. I've been in business for 40 years and this is my first complaint with the Revdex.com. Last year I received a plaque from the CEO of the Revdex.com for 25 years of accreditation with the Revdex.com.
