This is in regards to my complaint number Complaint ID: *** Mark from Christie Carpets sent me an email after I filed the first complaint then never followed thruHere is the email:
Hi ***, First of all accept my apology for not getting back to you in much more timely manorI was contacted by the Revdex.com and my response to them was to contact you directly and schedule the workI will be out of town tomorrow thru SundayI can contact you Monday or if you call in tomorrow or Friday, Dan will help you Again, sorry for the delay Talk soon Mark This was sent to me on 5/he would call me on the following Monday May I can't complain enough about this business and how bad they are to their customersNot only is the flooring bad but they do not follow up and they ignore youI am tired of trying to work this out with Mark from Christie Carpets an obvious liarThey say they will call and never doThis has been going on since MarchIt has caused me undo stress and I would like it resolvedI do hope that anyone wanting Hardwood floors installs will not go to Christie Carpets it's not worth the stressthe bad floors and the bad customer service.I no longer wish to try to resolve this with phone callsI would like a check mailed to me in the total amount of The Mark originally said he would refund plus to hire another company to replace the bad hardwood boards

This was an oversight on our part, I will be calling this consumer to arrange the replacement of the boards.
Mark called, her check for $700 was mailed 6/7/17, we consider this complaint closed.
