Thank You for your response and we would be happy to help clarify your concerns.[redacted] at Christie Lodge is the third party which was contracted to sell inventory on behalf of the Christie Lodge as Christie Lodge does not have a real estate license to sell per the Colorado Real Estate Board of Directors.  We show that you purchased at the [redacted] site (not on site at the Christie Lodge) with an LLC; [redacted] at the Christie Lodge, LLC.  [redacted] is not the same as [redacted], therefore; an employee that sold this to you was a staff member of [redacted]; a 3rd party.  We show that you have a mortgage with [redacted] and they typically set up at the time of purchase to take the payment out monthly directly from your account.  The Christie Lodge only manages the property you purchased and those maintenance fees (as referenced in your attachment via the letter from Christie Lodge) are to be paid semi-annually January and July of each year.  Christie Lodge received a call on  Feb 21, 2017 presumed from [redacted] stating that he had sent the semi-annual fee December 2016.  We had not received it  as of yet and started to research the monies as you claimed the check had been cashed.  The monies were sent to your mortgage and applied to your mortgage payment with [redacted] (aka [redacted]).  [redacted] refunded the maintenance fee payment and sent it to the Christie Lodge and was payment was posted to your Christie Lodge account May 2, 2017 for your January 2017 payment.   This engagement makes note that you are aware of two companies and have made payments to two separate companies.  The Christie Lodge is not displacing blame onto any other company but rather stating the facts of your mortgage versus your maintenance fees and the primary lien holder is [redacted] aka [redacted] at Christie Lodge. LLC.  The purchase monies; down payment and mortgage are collected by [redacted] not Christie Lodge therefore you would need to contact them if you are requesting a refund.  We have attached a copy of the Deed of Trust recorded in Eagle County evidencing your notarized signatures making the public record that you owe monies for the timeshare and to whom your mortgage is due to.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We have a temporay agreement, but until they act I will not release my claim. They told me it would take a week or so to work up the paper work, once I receive this I will drop my claim. This has been ongoing for 5 months, when it's done and complete, I will be more then happy to release them. It only took 10 phones calls, 3 or 4 emails and a complaint with you and the Arizona Real Estate board to get them to answer me. When all is done I will do my part. Regards,[redacted]

We have reviewed the [redacted]'s complaints as stated in their request for a full refund.  Please make note that they purchased "real property"--timeshare and signed off on the contract accordingly (see attached).  They agreed to pay the mortgage and maintenance fees.  The Christie...

Lodge only collects the semi-annual maintenance fees that are currently in arrears.  The mortgage and initial complaints of purchase need to be addressed to another company [redacted]
