Review: I used [redacted] Bohn as my wedding photographer as well as for my first child's newborn photos and first Christmas photos. I had no problems whatsoever with my wedding or newborn photos. I also had no problems with my Christmas photos. It is what happened after getting my daughter's Christmas photos that has become a problem. I loved all of the photos that [redacted] has taken for me over the years despite how pricey she is. It has been well worth it. When I went with my mom to pick out what pictures I wanted to use for my holiday cards [redacted] informed us that we could wait to buy the proofs and just decide on pictures to use for the beautiful holiday cards that she made for us. She informed us that she would get in contact with us around the holidays when she would be getting rid of the proofs so that we would have the option to buy them before she got rid of them. Needless to say I never heard back from her. I tried many times around the holiday time to get in touch with her to remind her to let me know when she would be getting rid of the proofs so that I could come in and purchase proofs so that I would have the option to print pictures out for myself, family members and friends. That did not happen after many attempts by phone call, email and text messaging. When my mom stopped by Chirstina's studio to pick up the holiday cards she again reminded [redacted] to get in contact with me regarding the proofs. She assured my mom that she would get in contact with me and she never did. It has been some time and I still try to get in contact with [redacted] regarding what happened. I have never heard anything back from her. The worst part is that I am devastated that all I have to remember my daughter's first Christmas photo shoot is a holiday card. I do not even own the rights to the pictures that are on the card. I was very hesitant to contact the Revdex.com however, I am so upset about this I do not know what to do and would love some answers as to what happened.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation as to what happened and if my photos are still available to purchase I would like to know so that I can have more than a Christmas card to remember my first child's first Christmas.
