Review: I had Laminett and carpet laid in my whole house by Christine Carpets in Nov of 2012. I have had [redacted] owner of Christine carpets out to my house twice for problems with my floor. He came and replaced a couple of tiles after having a representive from General Floors South Jersey check the floor. I have contacted [redacted] the floor company and was told I have to deal with Christine Carpets. Now I have a bubble and tiles moving in my living room. I have talked to a couple of contractors and told me it seems to be an installation problem. [redacted] told me I have a soft spot in my floor. I have lived here for 30 years and never had a problem with my living room floor. My house has hardwood flooring though it all. I'm not sure if this is a defective floor or not installed right. I am having some rippling in some of the tiles. I dont feel like having my whole house torn apart again but I can have this bubble uprooting my living room either. You should see the installation even on the carpet they laid. Product low grade and the gentlemen that installed so unprofessional. Please help me in this matter and I dont know who to contact and spent 4400.00 on this product.Desired Settlement: I would like it replace correctly or better product what ever the problem is. I have two grandchildren who come to my house and dont need them to get hurt on this. The flooring is falling apart.

This response makes no sense to me. I have hardwood floors under this laminet that his employees laid. Please send someone out because you will see it is not a stuctural problem. He actually told me a few weeks ago he was gonna pick floor up to see what is going on under. I have contacted some other flooring companies and was told that floor swells from cold to hot. It should be installed accordingly. This bubble is big and there are panels loose all throughout. This floor was installed when it was cold and with the hot weather not sure about effect. I have a crawl space underneath and I went under and there is nothing but hardwood floor that I can see. So I am all about sending someone out here. This looks horrible. He told me I was going over job with a fine needle but you sink in my living room. I have lived here for 32 years and never had a problem with any flooring in my house. All hardwood floors. Please help me with this I dont know what to do other than talk to a lawyer. This has to be corrected before someone like my grandchildren get hurt. Sooner or later this tiles will start coming up they are already moving. Thank you and please I am not being petty in anymeans or way. There is alot going on with this floor this is just the main issue.
