This customer signed two contracts with usOne included his down payment, one did notThat was so we could get paid if there was a problem getting his down paymentUnfortunately the one that didn't show the down payment got sent to the lender by accidentMrGreathouse contacted me yesterday 11/22/via telephone and I assured him I would take care of thingsI called him today and gave him the update that the first contract had been terminated and the correct one established with the lenderI also assured him this would have no negative impact on his creditFinally as a goodwill gesture I told him we were making his first payment that was due Monday 11-for $He thanked me for my call and handling things for him

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11633440, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me While I won't disagree with the supply issue from dodge nor whether or not they're aware of damage caused due to the way their replacements parts are shipped, the truck should have never had the roof removed before having an adequate roof to replace itFurthermore there was approximately a month to prepare for receiving a good roof prior to me dropping off the truckI'm reasonably certain most if not all of the employees are aware of the importance of having adequate transportation so it is unreasonable to a assume tha at any customer would be okay with being without itWithout getting into the second, third, fourth etc order of effects the delay in repairs has cost me financially, convenience, necessity and in time alone, I will agree that after speaking with the GM an agreeable solution has been met as of nowOverall thoroughness and quality has yet to be seenIf anyone else has issues I would recommend contacting the GM first as he is more than willing to make time for the customer and come up with solutionsThanks and hats off to him Regards, [redacted] ***

Our Collision Center has spoken with this client. Unfortunately we had multiple roofs from Dodge...

arrive damaged as the customer knows. Any collision center would have encountered this problem as it was a supply issue from Dodge. The last roof delivered has minimal damage which we are fixing with the customers approval. We are supplying the customer with a rent car until Tuesday when his truck will be ready. In addition we gave him a deal on getting some other damage repaired on his truck.

This customer signed two contracts with us. One included his down payment, one did not. That was so we could get paid if there was a problem getting his down payment. Unfortunately the one that didn't show the down payment got sent to the lender by accident. Mr. Greathouse contacted me yesterday...

11/22/2016 via telephone and I assured him I would take care of things. I called him today and gave him the update that the first contract had been terminated and the correct one established with the lender. I also assured him this would have no negative impact on his credit. Finally as a goodwill gesture I told him we were making his first payment that was due Monday 11-21 for $374. He thanked me for my call and handling things for him.

We have contacted this customer and updated him on his car. We apologized that we hadn't made contact. I believe all is okay at this point.
