First she cancelled a few appointments on me then wouldn't return my texts or phone calls claiming she dropped her phone in the river. then I had another appointment with her on January 7, I drove to her new place that she moved to which isn't close and waited outside for 45 mins and she never showed up. I even texted her about 6 times and no answer. Three hours later she texted me and said she had to get a new phone again and couldn't find my number (said she got stuck over in Newburg) and then said did you go to my place today? Really? I said yes and waited outside for 45 mins. Twenty-four hours later and I still hadn't heard from her so I texted her and asked her if I could just get a refund om my money. She said sure no problem and she was with a client right now but would send my money back to me on the cash app. That was January 8,and since then she's constantly been giving me excuses that was until she decided she wasn't going to respond to me anymore.
I bought a flash sale from Christine in December of 2017 guaranteeing 4 fills for $100. After trying to schedule a few times with her, I never got to use the $100 I gave her and she never refunded my money back. I have tried requesting a refund of my money with no luck. When she finally responded to my messages, she told me that as a small business in Oregon, she did not have to refund my money back to me and that she has 90 days to refund it. I gave her an additional 90 days and still to this day, she has not refunded my $100. I'm very upset with her lack of professionalism and was not expecting my money back at all, but I believe it's the principle that's important. $100 is a lot of money and I worked hard for it- but it's not okay when a business (small or big) gets you to pay for a service and not provide that service or refund your money back!

Good morning. I do not think she has a business name, she works from her home and is a licensed aesthetician. She told me she’s a small business owner but I’m not aware of a name. Hope this helps?
