Unfortunately, the w-2 in question was not included in our paperwork. We are sending a refund check for any penalties and interest incurred in good faith with in 30 days.

that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.We did submit the aforesaid W-2 to them with all of our tax documents in 2015. They left it out of our tax returns.We will also contact The Tax Advisors NY once we receive the bill for our State Taxes, which will come to us because of the same issue of not including the aforesaid W-2. We will expect the same good faith response from them at that time.Thank you for your help.
