I was given two gift certificates as gifts for tanning/Orbit packages. I have tanned at [redacted]'s Day Spa for years in Acton. When they moved to [redacted] they no longer offer the tanning service. I contacted them 4 times via email on their web site with no answer.Product_Or_Service: Tanning PackageDesired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed for the gift certificates so I may purchase the service somewhere else. Business Response I would be happy to refund [redacted] for her gift certificate. We value her many years of business. I never received any emails on our website . I am sure they were sent.When we moved locations we were unable to keep the same phone number and no longer had online booking and may have affected the email situation.
