I am rejecting this response because:
My daughters are 8 and 12 years of age and have normal thickness of hair. The website and menu do NOT state anything about thickness, length or style.I did  not ask for my 12 year olds hair to be dried and she had less than an inch cut off, not to mention your stylist left her for 20 minutes in the middle of the cut to fix a mans haircut that your other stylist messed up. My 8 year old did not have ANY style done and Did not have her hair dried. 
The staff did raise their voice and swore using the f word several times in front of my children and other customers, I do have a witness, whom I have never met, that can attest to this.
This is complete false advertising and I am appalled you have the audacity to even defend it.

I have reviewed and looked into your statement. Our
prices on the menu and the website are base...

prices in which are flexible to
change depending on circumstances and services given. The children price is for
children under twelve given that they have a lesser amount of hair and their requested service was undemanding. Your youngest daughter had very thick and long hair and required more work in order to cut it properly and so she required the attention of an adult's haircut. Blow-drying and styling also costs extra. Our charges are given based on the hair
rather then the age just as the majority of most hair salons judge their pricing. Even adults may be charged less if their hair is either shorter or thinner and required less work in order to cut. The menu and website only state the average pricing. We charge our customers
fairly based on this system and have done so since the beginning. Customers of
Christine’s Hair Studios understand this and find this fair. Our website and
menu have not been updated in some time and do not reflect this. We apologize
for the misunderstanding and have updated the website accordingly.
Our employees at the time have testified that though they
did unintentionally raised their voices at each other, they did not display any verbal form of vulgarity. They do admit to inadvertently raising
their voices while discussing with one another in front of the customers at one
point and have apologized for this but they have reported that they have not
yelled directly at any customer(s).
