Dear Representative Revdex.com of Wisconsin, We did receive your letter referencing the complaint from [redacted] (ID#[redacted]). Christensen Sales Corp is an auction company. We specialize in farm auctions with larger farm equipment. Many of the farm families that contract us to hold their auction have...

sold their farm, so there may also be some household and personal items, vehicles, campers, furniture, washers & dryers etc. We go to the farms days ahead of the sale, wash up all equipment, line the equipment up in a row so it can be inspected, looked over, ask the owner questions, if any. Mr [redacted] was bidder #142, each bidder card has a bidder contract on it, that states all items will be sold 'as is, where is" Mr [redacted] had every opportunity to check out everything that was being sold and take the responsibility to know the item he was bidding on. Mr. [redacted] was aware of this, but was still determined to get $700.00 out of us for the repair of the roof to a 1992 Prowler 25 1/2 ft camper. We did discuss these •hings with him. It is to bad that he is not happy with the camper but we cannot warranty all items sold at the auctions.
