Christman Dental

The tooth I had a crown put on by [redacted] has never been the same since then , may of 2014, I an not eat on that side of my mouth. I aided them "should you not do a root canal first as the pain I am In is very severe?" I was trying by the dentist "no there is no need for that the new crown will take care of your discomfort." That was not the case! Complete opposite has occurred!
While receiving a cleaning the hygienist noticed my tooth was very sensitive and applied a numbing cream (I was not told this was an additional charge).
I called to see if the office was a provider for my dental insurance ([redacted]). They told me they were. I waited the doc months required by my dental Insirance to get my Crown as my coverage ([redacted] ) it [redacted] covered after the six months. I received a check for [redacted] from my dental insurance as Christmann dental in fact is not a provider for [redacted].
Now not only did I pay [redacted] a month for six months for dental insurance to only receive [redacted] worth of service but now I stuck with a &[redacted] bill after I paid the [redacted] deposit Christman dental required!
And the cherry on top of the pie is I am a single mother forced off of badger care ( yes I work 40 hours a week and have an associated degree). to pay premiums for dental and medical insurance for myself and my family I did as the law required and now I'm stuck with a larger bill then I can ever pay off with my new Heath dental and vision Premiums
AND AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE, MY TOOTH IS WORSE THAN BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT!

1. The dentist missed the largest, deepest cavity in my spouses teeth which showed clear as day on the xrays done by them that day that they transferred to my new dentist who was absolutely appalled at the "NEGLIGENCE"...yes that was a direct quote
2. She has now had to have oral surgery to correct the issue every dentist I have taken the xrays to saw immediately
3. The office manager told us to find another dentist because my wife complained about them calling her by the wrong name and doing it on purpose even after she corrected them SEVERAL times
4. Front desk staff complained about my family and my wife to every dentist we have tried to switch to since leaving their practice which has caused severe issues in finding a new dentist - HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!!!!!!
5. The dental hygienist administered my numbing shots and used so much I felt my head was fuzzy for THREE DAYS and the filling I got is sloppy and I still cannot floss between those teeth....SLOPPY WORK
6. They remodel their office seemingly every six months but cannot find the most prevalent cavities on an xray - shows where their priorities lie
7. The front desk staff, in the midst of all this tried to call me but had to leave a message, never hung up and left a voicemail with two and a half minutes of them talking trash about my wife and my family - UNACCEPTABLE
