Please be advised that the above referenced complaint has been resolved I was contacted by Michelle M [redacted] of the Middleboro, Massachusetts ChristmasTree Shop two days after I filed the complaint Michelle M [redacted] went aboveand beyond to ensure this consumer was completely satisfied with herresolution to the issue.Michelle M [redacted] should be recognized as an outstanding addition to theposition she represents within the Christmas Tree Organization

[redacted] frustrations regarding a Christmas Tree Shops order #[redacted] which arrived damaged. A Christmas Tree Shops supervisor was in touch with [redacted] to understand the confusion with the replacement and we were able to determine what happened. She was credited back the amount of the order and was sent an additional $20 for the inconvenience. I tried to place an order online at Christmas Tree Shops and was met with a message notifying me that it could not be processed at the time. But that did not keep them from placing a hold on the amount of the purchase I was trying to make. After calling their customer service line, one of their reps casually told me it's a common problem and my funds will only be held for 5 days maximum, as if that's totally okay. She then cheerfully asked me if she could help me anything else, as if none what happened was an inconvenience to me, whatsoever. Bottomline; do not use their website to order anything, it doesn't work and they don't care.

Review: The advertisement say take an additional 50% off. The customer service person said the 50% was already taken off. The prices were the same the days before the offer was sent.Desired Settlement: give me 50 % off of clearance as advertised. But by the time this is rectified those items will probably not be available. So 50% off any purchase or one item

Review: After finally finding the perfect centerpiece for an upcoming event. I was disappointed to find out that all that I was assured by customer service was false. Although, I had spent an hour or so with customer service locating another Christmas Tree Shop that had several of the candle holders in stock and assured that they would be shipped to the store in which customer service helped. I found out 4 weeks later and after repeated visits to inquire about the shipment that the 5 centerpieces had arrived damaged 3 weeks prior. A call to me was never placed when the centerpieces came in to inform me that the glass on the candle holders were broken and going to be damaged out. Without receiving a call or an option on what could be done to obtain the rest of the candle holders needed. I now have 4 candleholders at $19.99 each . I'm still in need of 5 more. Management has not returned repeated calls and when I took the time to drive over to the Christmas Tree Shop I was told by customer service that the manager refuses to have anymore glass shipped to his store. I have reached out to corporate through email which I was told would be the fastest response but yet I not even received a reply to my email. To my surprise the business I have given and would like to continue to give the Christmas Tree Shop has been ignored.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if someone in customer services or corporate themselves look into finding the candle holders I need in one of the Christmas Tree Shops and have them shipped to either me or the store in rockaway, NJ item #
