june of I hired mudslinger pool to install a new vinyl liner in my pooli paid extra for liner locki was disappointed with the install right away but they said they would correct all problems and make sure I had a quality installfirst they burnt a hole in the liner when they were reinstalling it and then they striped the bolts to where they can not be removed to replace the lightthen I noticed they had glued my pluming pipes into the filter head so they could not be removed to close the pool (they did repair that part) I uncovered my pool this year and over 50%of the liner lock had came out of its track I called them and they said it was not their problem and then the manager started cussing me outi am not sure if there are any wrinkles in the pool bottom yet as it has not been cleared yet but I will never again use Mudslingers pool service again

Below is a copy of an email chain. This was the last communication I had with Mudslingers. After this someone parked down the street and went into my back yard to retrieve their materials. That was the last I heard or saw from them after paying them to put in an inground pool. You can see they have no professionalism or customer service skills. The only communication we ever had was when we reached out to them. We were told we were going to be the first pool of the season and put down our deposit in the fall. At Memorial Day which was about 2 months into the project it was still not complete. They would show up and work for a couple of hours and then disappear not to be seen or heard form for days or weeks. The lack of honest communication was beyond frustrating. We actually did our homework and talked with a couple of their past customers because we were concerned about a few of the negative reviews they had. We justified going with Mudslingers because of their pricing and the Hayward Automated pool system. We would of been better off paying more upfront and having a positive experience with a pool that worked as promised. Please read below and form your own opinion on how Kem H[redacted] will treat you when you have a problem getting what you paid for. I have also seen that they have changed their name I'm sure to avoid all the negative reviews they have. It looks like they are now going by Global Consulting & Management.

I've been trying to work with you to get this done. As you can see that hasn't gotten me to far. Today is the first time I have been able to get your attention. It's not about my precious swim time. It's about paying over $50000 for a swimming pool and not getting the service we deserve. You can tell me about how many pools you build and how many states but that has nothing to do with you not being able to get my deck poured. Looking at the forecast today our concrete should of been done. There was no rain in the forecast until tomorrow morning. You didn't address any of my concerns below. If you want to talk about not being petty and getting this done then let's get this done and move on.

First of all you wanted to talk to the owner then you got him. no one has talked rude or unprofessional or cussed at you, if if feel that's acceptable to talk to "a middle man" in your words fine ( seems pretty Petty though to talk to people like that just because you've lost a little bit of swim time in a season that most people haven't even been swimming because it's too cold and too wet) but I'm not them, I will not be talked to like that, I will be talked to like the owner.
All I do is do the estimating and run the office I have people I pay to run the field you're hearing from me now because of your unprofessional rude comments and all your cussing has had employees crying in the office because of the verbal abuse. if you want to act like an adult and talk to people like an adult then we can handle this and get this all situated.
We work in 5 different states and this state alone has 49 Counties alone, we deal with inspectors City officials that constantly change an update their rules we cannot keep up with everything they do not send us a memo every time they change something, typically they change things so they can hit us with a back charge for another inspection fee just a way for them to make money
Cussing and being rude is not going to get anyone anywhere we all want this done as soon as possible we are working as hard as we can to get everything completed
so if you want to work together to get this completed so we can can move on then great.... if not let me know

At this point I'm not sure what you do for a living either. Obviously it has nothing to do with customer service.
So according to your [redacted] statement below they will be there to tear out the concrete they poured this morning before it rained. No of course they won't. You don't have to be a meteorologist to look at the weather on your phone. They poured this morning knowing the rain was coming. They then left knowing we weren't getting any rain until tomorrow morning.
How about working on the problem instead of trying to insult my intelligence. They should be there working right now but for whatever reason they are not. I do know that the reason is not the weather.
We haven't heard from you in the past two months and the only reason we are hearing from you know is because we talked about withholding payment. I feel like the workmanship and the customer service have been really lacking up to this point. I just want things to be done and done right when we are told they are going to be done. The gas problems cut internet cable and failed inspections this week have really made us question Mudslingers capability to complete this job in an acceptable fashion.

Not sure what you do for a living but it's obviously not outside work.
if we pour that concrete it rains and it's ruined we gotta tear it out & report.
so if you want to sign a waiver saying that you'll take full responsibility will go ahead and pour it whenever you tell us no matter what the weather is and then if there's a problem you pay to tear it out and repour it just let us know if you want us to draw up a waiver form.
Just let me know

Seems like a pretty nice day for concrete. Would be nice if someone was actually here working. The weather looks like [redacted] tomorrow. It blows my mind that you would stand around in the rain and wait for it to quit and then leave as soon as the sun comes out.
