Christopher Bean Coffee

I ordered their Butter Pecan and their Amoretto Biscotti flavors. They came in a K-cup style that allowed the user to remove the top when you are done, so to recycle. Well, the tops leak and get stuck in the machine.I tried leaving the top on and taking it off but it leaks both ways. BOTH coffees are delicious, but if they go to this style k-cup for everything, I am out.

Yes great customer service but can improve their order-pulling

I really appericate the level of customer service. There was a miss communication in regards to the shipping options. I contacted them with my concern over my shipping timeline not alingning with an ETA for my purchased express shipping. Less than 20 minutes later Ethan had reached out to me to apologize for the mishap in shipping and refired my order of coffee so I could have my purchase in time for Christmas.

*** Christopher Bean has so far excelled at both. If they can maintain this level of customer care it will do wonders for their comoany's growth.
