I believe this was the worst case of misrepresentation ever. Not prepared at all, brought none of my car pictures, street pattern. Police report timing, you brought nothing but a picture of my hand and a picture of the street that was inaccurate for that time of day. Common since would have ask the question if said person was in the on coming traffic and the light was green for on coming traffic why didn’t we ask the question well why didn’t oncoming traffic hit her. I was characterized by the judge of getting mad and going around her, first of all what reason would she say I was mad, nothing indicates I was mad, and secondly how could I go around her and be in the oncoming lane at the same time. This sounds bias and prejudice at the same time. Were you working with them? You did nothing like I told you earlier this year and you said I been doing this for years, but today did not look that way. If they believe that they were right why didn’t they sue me. Basically when I call they dont answer sometimes and that's because they have caller i.d, they been telling me for a year that the offer they received
They are very unprofessional, they say they will give you a call back and never do, then they catch a attitude with you when your calling trying to see what's taking so long on your caseMy case was a hit and run so if you ask me this should have been settled years ago

My daughter and I was in a auto accident on November 27,I was referred to MrBrannigan's office from a friend.The paralegal Pearl who was handling my case was wonderfulIt was until the settlement department took over the case that I start having problemsI called several times in attempted to speak with Theresa, who was now the person handling our caseI spoke with her assistant who gave me little information, but told me I would have to speak with Theresa because of course she the one handling the case.Whenever I would call she would not answerI would leave messages still no callI called and left Mr.Brannigan a message, no call back from himI finally talk to the receptionist who then had to walk to Theresa office in order for her to get on the phoneAfter speaking with Theresa she told me nothing has changed with my case.I asked her why she couldn't just call me back to tell me that she then says no Ms.*** we don't do
