Review: We hired [redacted] as videographer of our wedding for October 19, 2012. We signed a contract and paid in full for full day video coverage and delivery of all the footage as well as an edited version. As of today, June 21, 2014, we have not received the videos. We have called and left numerous messages, as well as sent emails and text messages and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: We would like for Mr. [redacted] to provide us with the full length coverage and edited video as per the agreement.

Review: I hired Chris G[redacted] to be the photographer for a wedding in July 2011. He requested that we be paid in full November 2011. He said I would receive any outstanding items in my package whenever I wanted. To date, I have not received all the items that were listed in my package.

It took over 4 years to get my wedding album that I had been requesting for over 1.5 years. I am still missing an 8x10 print. I have contacted Chris via phone, email and text 18 times since October 2015 without any response. He does not return phone calls/texts/emails etc.Desired Settlement: I would like the print mailed to me as soon as possible with a tracking number.
