I am rejecting this response because: I only signed the tow affidavit after *** told me that the car would be delivered to my house for free Both my boyfriend and I were depending on this car to bring in more work Instead my hours were actually cut due to transportation issues Due to lack of hours, funds ran lowSince I didn't receive that car, I thought a cheaper car could be discussedThe only effort that was made to resolve the issue was me accepting a Grand Am that had been wrecked and had over 180,miles on itI already have a repo on my record for a car I NEVER had possession of and I was told the car would be resold You all have no loss accept maybe the taxes and fees which you will get from another person when you resale the car I am the one with the loss in this situation and I feel that I should get at least my back which is what I was originally putting down until you told me about the taxes and fees I won't stop until something is done.

Good morning, Mr*** purchased his vehicle back in October and he drove the car for four months with out any issuesThe client did not contact us for help, he took it upon his self to put oil in the carAgain, he did not call us for helpAll of our clients are told that we
help with any issues when it comes to repairsUnfortunately, we had not spoken with Mr***We would have been happy to help Mr*** but again the only time we heard from Mr*** was when the engine blew, after Firestone did the oil change, we have spoken with the client and asked him to come in to see what we can work outThe client is still being difficult but our door is open to help him out when hes ready. Kind regards, Nathalie

I am rejecting this response because: This response is full of liesFirst ofall, after the motor in my sons Toyota Avalon blew up, it took this dealership 3weeks to decide to put my son into another car after they insisted that I paid the taxes on the Avalon that totaled $This was after they refused to give me my $down payment backNowhere in the contract did it state that there were "no refunds" or that "all sales were final"Once they decided to put my son into the Honda Accord, they told me that they wanted even more money down, and the that car had the same sticker price as the Avalon hadI told them that it was the same price, plus they had my $from the first car, plus I had paid them the sales taxes on the Avalon, so that meant that I had given them a little over $in cash alreadyMy boyfriend, Kurt Frohardt, was the mechanic that worked there, the car was overheating, at the time, before the car was purchased, the car had a bad thermostatThat was causing the overheating issueI never ordered any parts for that car while I worked thereI asked the owner if he wanted me to pay for the towing out of my pocket, he never answered me directlyAs a customer, this car should have been worked on during business hours, not after hoursI got tired of waiting for repairs to be authorized on the car, so I did a voluntary surrender of the car on April 14,2017, which was the same day I quit the company

ANYTIME SOMEONE IS NOT MAKING THEIR PAYMENTS, THEY ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND MAY BE REPOSED ANT ANY TIME!

Affordable Consignment financed a vehicle for Ms*** through our Buy Here Pay Here program and we have helped her with repairsWe explained to the client that all cars as is and there was no warranty, however we wont leave our clients on the side of the roadWe repaired the vehicle and
financed the repairsShe is stating we sold her a lemon, the car hasn't been a lemon until the vehicle was repossessed due to non-payment on her accountShe has been very rude on multiple occasions, despite her attitude we continued to help her because we understand that people have issuesWhen a client doesn't pay and demands what she wants knowing that we have been very reasonable with her, its very unfortunate but we cant tolerate thatA lot of dealers don't help the clients but we do and she is more than welcome to gather her belongings giving she comes in a calm manner and follows all of our companies and State of Florida repossession guidelines. Thank you, ***

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** "repossessed" our vehicle under pretensesHe continues to try to extort money and hold special needs equipment hostage until we give him said moneyHe has become irrational when questioned about his motivesHe took the license plate from our vehicle and has not turned it inWe have made a police report so that he can not use itAll we was my child's carseat and strollerWe had to get them through the doctor and they are not easily replacedWe aren't the first to have these sort of complaints against Me*** and his businessAgain, all I want is my child's special needs equipment.

One of the employees at Affordable Consignment.com used to drive to drive this car and there were never any issues with itMr*** is always willing to work with others, but sadly when this does happen, customers come in screaming, threatening and getting loudMost people focus on the problem,
but we try to stay in the solution!?

stautus must have changed? We gave her several alternatives and she never came backFurther, she bought the vehicle "as is" and entered into an installment contract loan with us? She never made a payment or came to get the vehicleAll applicable state paperwork was signed by the customer and submitted to the DMV for processing
