[redacted] On that form it discloses that his subscription will renew automatically per the terms of Milk Street's Subscription Auto-Renewal policy.Mr [redacted] contacted Milk Street on January 1, to request a cancellation of his subscription renewal and to receive a refundHe contacted Milk Street again on January 3, to confirm the pending refundThe refund was issued for $on January 6, 2018.Mr [redacted] 's credit card issuing bank participates in a program called Account Updater that is meant to be a convenience for consumers who have signed up for auto-renewing subscription services using their credit card.? The Account Updater service provides recurring subscription merchants with updated account information to guarantee the continuity of the recurring subscription services consumers have signed up for.? Although accepting and closing this, what that company is stating anout being enrolled in a auto update of CC info is not trueI am not enrolled in anything like thatAll other accounts I have with auto updates send me a email to uodate my info personally or else that thing gets cancelledAs they did give me a refund they are doing something shifty over there and are giving customers information and its scary with all the CC fraud out thereI hope this is looked into further from my complaint

subscription will renew automatically per the terms of Milk Street's Subscription Auto-Renewal policy.Mr. [redacted] contacted Milk Street on January 1, 2018 to request a cancellation of his subscription renewal and to receive a refund. He contacted Milk Street again on January 3, 2018 to confirm the pending refund. I am not enrolled in anything like that. All other accounts I have with auto updates send me a email to uodate my info personally or else that thing gets cancelled. As they did give me a refund they are doing something shifty over there and are giving customers false information and its scary with all the CC fraud out there. I hope this is looked into further from my complaint.
